We have 2 galvanizing lines of 90 m. length and 80 m. length each. The production process that we have established is in the following order: turn towards wire, humidity oven, cool water, fluks bath, drying, dip in zinc, wrap up and final packaging. We produce from 1.20 mm to 4.00 mm hot deep galvanized wire and cold drawn wire. Our capacity is appropriate for 900 tons in a month. |
